Mr Agustinus Foe
Mr Agustinus Foe serves as the Director of Business Development of Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills. In carrying out strategies aimed at taking advantage of new growth opportunities, Mr Foe taps into a thorough understanding of the local textile industry complemented by an international perspective developed while studying in the United States.
Mr Foe received his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, and is an avid koi fish enthusiast.

Ms Vera Foe
Ms Vera Foe presently serves as Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills’ Director of HR, Systems and Quality Management. With a wealth of experience in the manufacture of uniform fabrics, Ms Foe is directly responsible for the company’s ability to obtain international certifications and meet strict quality standards. As a certified Six Sigma Black Belt holder, Ms Foe is fully versed in the Lean Six Sigma methodology and is passionate about process improvements and ensuring optimal efficiency.
Ms Foe pursued her graduate degree studies at the University of Texas at Austin, where she received an MBA.

Mr Alexander Foe
Mr Alexander Foe currently holds the position of President Director of Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills. As the second generation from his family to have taken upon this leadership role, he is well-versed in the many nuances of Indonesia’s textile industry and is an active proponent for its continued modernization. As testament to his commitment to developing the next generation of industry leaders in Indonesia, Mr Foe also serves as a business coach and mentor to aspiring entrepreneurs.
Mr Foe graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in the United States.

Mr Hendrik Winata
Mr Hendrik Winata currently holds the position of Director of Operations of Nagasakti Kurnia Textile Mills. Having studied software engineering at the graduate degree level, Mr Winata plays an active role in ensuring the seamless implementation of cutting edge technology and strengthens the company’s standing as a modern manufacturer.
Mr Winata obtained his aforementioned master’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin. His interests include the study of Kendo, in which he is a 3rd-dan practitioner.
